President/Hearing Aid Specialist
Vice President/Public Relations
Office Manager
Indiana is the eldest daughter of David and Karla. Born in Salisbury Maryland, she decided living so close to everyone in town was not for her, and moved to a farm out in Laurel Delaware. There she can let her little Jack Russell run free, and enjoy a little target practice in her backyard. While it is a bit of a drive for work, she doesn’t mind; especially if it means she gets to work alongside her family every day. Although she is new to the Hear on the Shore team, she is not new to client relations. Having worked for 10 years as a highly requested barber, she is well-equipped to handle our patients with confidence and care. Managing a book of hundreds of clients, all of who came accustomed to receiving the very best service every time, she is proficient in time management and communication. After a career in the hair world, which can be fast-paced and demanding, she now enjoys her quiet office in the back of our building; where she can rest her feet and work behind the scenes for a change.
Patient Care Coordinator
Ella, a long-time friend of Savannah, quickly made friends with Karla & David as well as the rest of the family when joining Hear on the Shore. Born and raised in Dagsboro, she loves going to concerts, has two cats, and has a love for helping others. Her parents have raised her to be polite and courteous but also firm and strong. Having previously worked in retail for about 8 years, she is well equipped with manners, personality, and carries a smile wherever she goes. She has always believed that her kindness could change someone’s life. You never know who might need a friend today, tomorrow, or the next. After some consideration, (and convincing) Savannah finally got her to come join the fun and as they say, the rest is history!
Hearing Aid Specialist
Ashleigh grew up in Pasadena, Maryland and then decided Maryland wasn’t a place she wanted to call home anymore. In 2013 she moved to Delaware, where she pursued a career in the cosmetology field. Ashleigh spent several years in this career and even managed a salon for over three years. Having spent most of her career in the service industry, she was ready for a change and a new career. Ashleigh and Indiana have been close friends for nearly 8 years and even worked together previously in a salon. When she heard that Indiana’s mother, Karla, was in search of another hearing specialist for her business, she thought what a perfect fit! Although she is new to the hearing industry, she has taken her managerial and client relation experience and implemented those skills to better serve the hearing community. When she is not helping the community in their hearing adventures you can find her relaxing at home in her favorite spot, her sun room with her three cats!

My Phonak hearing aid had a broken receiver wire. The manufacturer recommended Hear On The Shore to me. When I called I was told to come right over. The staff was excellent. Savanna was able to replace the part, and David and I had a long discussion about the differences among hearing aids. Absolutely no pressure. I’m going back next week for a complimentary hearing test.
